IDA Ireland
IDA Ireland is the Irish government body charged with attracting foreign direct investment to Ireland.
Ireland was ranked 1st in the world for FDI per 100,000 of population by the IBM Global Location Trends Report in October 2010 and the 2nd most globalised economy in the world in the E&Y Globalisation Index 2011. Ireland hosts over 250 of the world's leading financial services firms; eight of the top 10 pharmaceutical firms; nine of the top 10 medical devices companies; and seven of the world's leading ICT companies.
