Powerscourt advised the privately-owned Global Radio on the transactions that enabled it to become the UK's largest radio group - the acquisition of Chrysalis Radio, the owner of Heart and LBC, in 2007, and the £375 million takeover of GCap Media, the owner of Capital 95.8 and Classic FM, in 2008.
