I work within Powerscourt's Industrials team for a wide range of clients, from FTSE 100 multinationals to AIM listed companies and private entities. As well as financial calendar communications I've also worked on refinancing projects, M&A activity and crisis communications so, like the rest of the team here, my remit is nothing if not broad and varied. Prior to joining Powerscourt at the beginning of 2008 I spent five years as a headhunter, executing global fixed income mandates for a number of leading investment banks - my first job after graduating from Manchester University with a degree in English Literature.

I chose to come to Powerscourt because I was looking for a role that would require me to think creatively and strategically as well as providing me with a high level of client contact. I certainly haven't been disappointed, and I was instantly struck by the quality of the people here and the diversity of their professional backgrounds. Everyone brings a different perspective to any given project, and it's great to be surrounded by such a wide variety of knowledge and experience. There's a real commitment to being innovative, resourceful and original and as a result it's an exciting environment to work in.
